The Cortijillo of Cortijo Algabia accommodates four people and has two double bedrooms with bathrooms, a large outdoor space, garden, barbecue and pool. It is very close to Granada, next to the Sierra Nevada mountains, near the Costa del Sol and Costa Tropical.
The house has been decorated in a rustic and elegant style, yet comes equipped with air conditioning, heating, a cosy lounge with a fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD player, radio/CD player, Wi-Fi and Netflix, a full kitchen, private terrace and free, covered parking within the estate. All windows feature mosquito screens.
Completely renovated in 2013, The Cortijillo has all the amenities to make your stay pleasant: independent heating and air conditioning in every room, comfortable sofas that seat 5, a dining table for 8 people, two bedrooms with quality mattresses and separate bathrooms, one adapted for people with disabilities; and a kitchen equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils.
We’d like to make a special point of the good thermal insulation of the house, you’ll find it cool in summer and that it keeps you warm in winter. We are pleased to offer a comfortable home.
You can enjoy a private outdoor area, with terrace and garden. The pool and the rest of the natural space is shared with the other guests.

CHARACTERISTICS
West Room: A large and intimate bedroom with a window on nature. The bedroom occupies 12 m2 and has two 90 cm. beds with quality mattresses, down duvets with duvet covers in cold weather, independent heating and air conditioning, wardrobe and dresser. It has a large private bathroom adapted for guests with physical challenges, including an open shower; and direct outside ventilation.
East Room: A comfortable bedroom, with an area of 11 m2, two 90 cm. beds with quality mattresses, down comforters in cold weather, independent heating and air conditioning, wardrobe and dresser. Ensuite bathroom with shower and direct outside ventilation.
Lounge: On entering the house, a large space makes up the living and dining room. In an area of 26 m2 there are two sofas, comfortable for 5 people, a dining table for up to 8 people, a fireplace, a round table with heater underneath, while independent heating and air conditioning are provided as well. Two windows connect the room with the outside, integrating the space as a whole.
Kitchen: Petite and well laid-out, it makes a comfortable cooking space and is fully equipped. It has a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, gas cooker, fume extractor and all of the utensils you may need, including an Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, pots and pans and utensils, so you do not lack anything. A window illuminates the kitchen and looks onto the garden.
Private outdoor area: In front of the building there is a large terrace, sunny in winter, and shaded in summer when the grapevine is green and thick. Next to the paved terrace, two other spaces extend this private outdoor area: a garden with lawn and ornamental plants, ideal for sunbathing or relaxing; and a romantic corner with swings under a large almond tree, from where the Sierra Nevada can be seen. The terrace is equipped with furniture consisting of two benches, a table with four chairs and a coffee table. In addition, beside the terrace is the barbecue area, with a floodlight for evening barbecues. All together it forms an intimate multifunctional space with sun, shade and green surroundings.
Shared outdoor area : The rest of the property, except for the areas around the other houses, is available to guests for recreation and enjoyment. The common areas include the pool (open from May 15 to October 15); the free, covered parking, and a large expanse of garden, with fruit, almond and olive trees, among other native species such as poplars, asparagus and thorn bushes; other distinct garden areas, featuring aromatic and ornamental plants; and other special spots, including the henhouse. Guests of both houses share a washing machine that is in a separate room.
